Requires no client software on the workstations, and allows to switch between staff mode and user mode. 2, Easy Reports. Provides 55 FREE Reports including 31 default reports and 24 customized reports . 3, Easy Releasing. Allows to release one or multiple print jobs at one time . 4, Real-time Tracking. Captures the detail print job information including name of the user who sends the job, the document name, number of pages, total cost, print job size, submitted time and date, print job status, destination printer, name of the computer from which the job was sent, duplex, color and paper size. 5, Real-time Auditing. Shows total number, total pages, total cost of print jobs and total cost of selected print jobs in real time. 6, Easy Management.
