If the robot encounters an error, it immediately reports it to the AidSoft maintenance team.    The robot selects the best category for your application. With most other submission tools, you have to choose the category for each site manually, and this takes extremely long time. Aid Submission Genius asks you to select category from a list of categories only once. At each site it will automatically choose the category that fits your application best.    The robot downloads your submitted application to a software storage folder and checks it for viruses with a set of powerful Antivirus tools.    The robot searches for all selected shareware sites and search engines and makes the decision to either submit your application as a new one or update your existing listing on that site.    For sites that accept uploads, the robot uploads your application file(s) there.    For sites that accept submissions and URLs the robot automatically submits your application there.    The robot creates a report for the AidSoft maintenance team. If some submission fails, the AidSoft maintenance team will submit your application manually. Then they will upgrade the robot to handle your application submission to this site in the future.    After analyzing the report, the AidSoft maintenance team updates and sends it back to the robot. The submission robot analyzes this updated report, then generates and sends a detailed report to you.    The robot will also send to you valuable information about shareware sites, such as the number of downloads, reviews, awards and ratings.    The robot automatically updates its database.
